We’re having a blast here in San Diego at Comic Con International Independent Film Festival! What a trip to see our latest feature film, MINUTEMAN screened in front of a live audience.  We’re all honored the film is an official selection in the 2010 Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival.  Having members of the cast here along with director Mark Millhone is amazing.  What an experience!

Some thoughts from GUEST BLOGGER, MINUTEMAN director, Mark Millhone:

“To just see the film start a life with an audience was incredibly gratifying”

“So much fun being here at Comic Con. Got a truly wonderful response on our film MINUTEMAN.  To see the film with a live audience of fresh faces and have the story cast its spell was just terrific.  The film was such an interesting – and challenging! – process of creation.  When you’re in the throes of it, the film lives as a ton of decisions both large and small like how to design the video game or that casting question or what to do when your production schedule gets – literally – stuck in the mud??  But after all the smoke clears and an audience sits down in front of it, the film has its own life.  It was great to speak to people afterward and have them ask me what happens to these characters next?  Where I can my friends see it?  Will there be a video game?  To just see the film start a life with an audience was incredibly gratifying. Especially because we had so many members of the cast on hand. Riley Smith, Willa Ford, Christian Kane, Barry Corbin were all there for the panel.  Great to celebrate with all of them!  Onward and Upward!”
