At age 12, she was writing. Recording at 15. Now barely 21, with a southern voice that defies her age, Elise Davis is living her musical dreams. Born in Arkansas, Davis began performing at a young age and has produced four albums. Davis has been said to write in a Southern, female singer/songwriter fashion a la Bonnie Raitt and Lucinda Williams. Davis recently released her new album, “The Same Vein” with a new sound with the introduction of new band members bass player Trevor Ware, drummer Joshua Tate and her long-time guitar player Jordan Trotter. The album is a little edgier, more rock. “For me, this record is a collection of all I have learned until this point as a songwriter and performer; now it’s time to get on the road.” – Davis
